In this full house renovation, the home owner wanted to a add modern flaire to the house. We performed a full kitchen remodel, including grantie countertops. All trim in the house was upgraded, including a new coffered ceiling, updated door hardware, recesseed mood lighting, and replacement of all light fixtures. The interior and exterior painting was re-done, and the project was finished off with hard-wood flooring resurfacing, and extensive landscaping. |

In this condo renovation, the homeowner purchased an older condo, and chose to completley re-do everything. The highlights of this job are the custom tile in the kithen and baths, slate entry-way, exstensive trim upgrades, and beautiful multi-color hardwood flooring. All light fixtures, bathroom fixtures (including toielts and bathtubs), and accessory hardware were upgraded. |

This was our favorite project of 2006! This homeowner owns a vintage 1960s home, that was in need of updating. We started with remodeling the master and second bathrooms on the upper floor. Each bathroom was stripped to the studs, and redeisgned for a modern flow. The highlights of this job are the custom tile shower, granite countertops, custom paint, glass block window, and tile flooring. |
